Tonight, we dined at a simple neighborhood Bistro, only eight (8) tables, one (1) waitress, a chef and a dishwasher;
Bistro L'estrapade;
The bar; its hard to see but all of the wines are written in chalk on the soffit over the bar, you are looking at half the Bistro in the picture;
The dinner menu, they set it on your table;
first course; Fois Gras & Escargot;
Main course;
Dessert course;
All in with wine and tip $100.00 euro's, it was Mizuna only much simpler, more casual and flat out incredible.
